ABOUT US… Come and see…
Sister-Servants of the Holy Spirit of Perpetual Adoration.
We are called to carry out our total commitment to Christ and to our contemplative-missionary service in a life according to the evangelical counsels.
We bind ourselves by simple public vows to consecrated chastity, evangelical poverty and apostolic obedience.
Our rose-colored religious habit signifies our consecration to the Holy Spirit.
In the color scheme of the Church, this color means “joy” or “to rejoice” (latin: gaudete/laetare). We are to carry out the service of love in the joy of the Holy Spirit.
The white scapular and veil, on the other hand, should remind us of the purity which should always adorn our hearts.
Our Logo summarizes our mission in the Church. It consists of a monstrance in the form of a cross, standing on the globe, with a Holy Spirit-Dove symbol above it.
This symbol signifies the special devotion to the Holy Spirit cultivated in our Congregation; the monstrance signifies the perpetual adoration and the globe, our
worldwide mission.
Deem it something great that God has deigned to choose you for his service.
